The lecture provided insights into the educational work at the Weltkulturen Museum, which relates to the project “Nature – Culture – Architecture“. As a cooperation partner of the project in a leading role, I designed different concepts for multilingual groups from diverse contexts, be it from German or integration courses, or even free groups. The biggest challenge is to create a basis for joint communication within a short period of time, i. e. during an educational program in the museum. The Anti-Bias concept plays an important role in dealing with diversity on the basis of commonalities in a preconceived way. The education work at the Weltkulturen Museum was exemplary. It can provide the basis for transcultural exchange with exhibits and a so-called hands-on collection.
